Fleiss denies the claims of physical abuse, although he was previously investigated by police over similar threats.
The two were married five years ago after meeting at the nation’s most famous pageant, for which he was a judge. Laura broke the news she was expecting their second child. Days later, he filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. They have agreed to share legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son.
