Sometimes, an Ohio couple will agree that the marriage is not working, but they will not agree on a settlement that comes with the ensuing dissolution. Arnold and his wife, Ashley Groussman, were married in 2009 and confirmed a separation just weeks ago to the media. Records show he actually filed for divorce earlier this month. At that time, he did not indicate that he was willing to pay spousal support, but he did want joint custody of their two children, a 5-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl.
Groussman, however, has requested physical and legal custody of the children as well as spousal support in an unspecified amount. The statements Arnold has made to the press make it sound as if the breakup of the marriage is amicable and there are no hard feelings, even though it seems like the divorce has been imminent for quite some time. He claims he is thankful for the relationship, as it gave him their children.
